Mega Erawan Numbers Sdn Bhd (202501019483) ("we", "us", "our") operates megaerawannumbers.com. This page explains what information we collect from visitors, why, and how it's used. We keep this simple because the site itself is simple: there are no sign-ups, no accounts, and no forms — every enquiry is made by you, directly, via WhatsApp.
Information we collect
We don't collect personal information through the website itself — there are no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or user accounts. The only information gathered is:
- Analytics data, via Google Analytics — general usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP address), device/browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and is not linked to your name or contact details by us.
- Information you choose to share on WhatsApp. Every "WhatsApp Us" button on this site opens a chat on WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp/Meta) with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent to us until you actually send that chat. Whatever you share there — your name, phone number, the plate you're asking about, documents for a quote — is exchanged directly between you and us on WhatsApp, and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings — the site will still work, though we won't be able to see aggregate usage from that visit.
Third-party services
The site relies on a few third-party services to work:

- Google Maps — the embedded map on our Contact section is loaded directly from Google.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — every enquiry button links out to WhatsApp, as described above.
